Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Curatas website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Description of services
Curatas provides AI-assisted acquisition services for rare collectibles, including off-market sourcing, automated due diligence, deal facilitation, and logistics coordination. Our services are offered through two tiers: Scout (subscription-based sourcing and verification) and Closer (success-fee-based full acquisition execution).
Fees and payment
Scout tier subscribers are billed annually at the current subscription rate. Closer tier fees are calculated as a percentage of the final transaction price and are due upon successful completion of a transaction. All fees are quoted in USD. Third-party costs (escrow, shipping, insurance, inspection) are separate and will be quoted transparently before you commit.
Limitation of liability
Curatas provides information and coordination services. We are not a guarantor of authenticity, condition, or value. Provenance reports carry explicit confidence scores and identified gaps. We recommend independent third-party inspection and insurance for all transactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curatas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

While we strive for accuracy in our sourcing, verification, and reporting, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information from third-party sources. Final authentication and purchase decisions are the responsibility of the buyer.
Governing law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
