How it works

Four steps to a verified acquisition

From the first search to the final delivery, Curatas orchestrates every stage of the acquisition process — so you don't have to.

Step one

01

We find what others can't

Our system aggregates and monitors 500+ sources — dealer inventories, auction house back-channels, collector forums, and private listing networks — through a combination of data partnerships, API integrations, and structured web monitoring. The agent processes nuanced, natural-language search criteria that no existing search tool can handle.

Example

"Find a 1960s Rolex Submariner with a tropical dial and documented London service history."

Step two

02

Every asset, thoroughly verified

When a candidate asset surfaces, the system runs a structured verification pipeline: cross-referencing serial and chassis numbers against stolen property registries and auction archives, flagging known red flags by comparing listing details against historical records and price anomalies, and generating a structured Provenance Report with a confidence score that surfaces gaps and risks before you review.

Note

Final physical authentication remains with accredited human experts. The system accelerates the 80% of diligence that is data retrieval.

Step three

03

Structured offers, clean execution

The system drafts initial outreach to sellers, manages communication logistics, and structures offer terms based on comparable transaction data. You set the parameters — maximum price, deal-breakers, timeline — and the system handles the administrative back-and-forth. All material decisions require your approval.

Step four

04

From agreement to delivery

Once terms are agreed, the system orchestrates the close. Escrow coordination with established providers. Live shipping quotes from specialist carriers — enclosed auto transport, white-glove art couriers. Pre-populated customs forms and tax declarations based on buyer and seller jurisdictions.
